Dear Ladies,

Well, that week FLEW by!!! I heard from a few others who might consider joining - I hope so. Tammy Eng is hoping to join us soon when things quiet down (missions, marriages and Jim's work). We also have a couple of others who are exploring the site thinking about the idea. THERE IS NO AGE LIMIT TO OUR GROUP (but there might be for the races, but I don't think so (Sage Crook might join us!).
Shari is hard at work training for the Huntsman games the first week of October (5,6,7), but still doing everything as well. We met up for a BEAUTIFUL bike ride up to Bridal Veil Falls on Saturday and is was, dare I say it?, actually fun (especially the coming down the hill part!). If you are considering doing this crazy thing, just know that you will never find the time you have to make the time, and its never too late to become what you are meant to be (how is that for tossing out some favorite quotes as a "two-fer-one". Please add comments to this weeks list - thoughts, times you will be working out, if you will be joining us, and follow the links to REGISTER!!!! November 6th and the turkey tri will be here before we know it!!!

Please remember that I do not do any of this continuously (read previous post to see how my swims go:) This is DOABLE and really does not take much time.

HAPPY TRI-ING! I think you all are great! Remember Fall is on September 23rd so the weather should start cooling down. Wish me luck with classes and clerkship, and I speak at BYU on Friday. And anyone who saw me hit my coconuts and pineapples, will know how seriously inept I am at physical things....there was a reason my mother signed me up for dance classes - I kept running into walls:)

Warmest friendship,
Candilyn
